Not long after he decides to invite his own family to this new world. He and Ayse bring his siblings first, since children are more receptive to magic. His younger sister and baby brother are impressed. They immediately find work with the wool, playing, tossing it about. Zahra indulges in an older-sibling type of fun instead: sharing ridiculous anecdotes of her brother with Ayse. Their mother soon joins them. As for Efraim, he never once found time for a new world in between his guest lectures at the local madrasah. But he has seen the spark of this world on Zeynel’s face, and though he has no idea how it happened, he is glad for his son.
